All parts and facets in you are valuable and lovable and so I Lady Nada ask you Ruth Arnhild Selina and all those who read what I want to convey to turn towards you and yourself. Love and care for yourself as if you were your newborn child on earth. Be so infinitely joyful, friendly and cheerful towards yourself that it may seem exuberant, but it is balm for the soul and your inner child can finally and abundantly feel loved, simply because it is alive.

So much was taught here on earth in the belief that people need all this information as knowledge and can then use it to shape their lives full of love or full of materiality. Technically it may be possible, but feelings and here I Lady Nada mean true feelings full of joy and full of love and also full of honesty, namely your own honesty with yourself, fall by the wayside. This is how your paths bypass you and your inner self and leave you feeling increasingly helpless and sometimes discouraged in life, but this was never intended by the spiritual level.

But unfortunately, all those who preceded you did not know any better - how could they! They also came from the angelic world and incarnated in bodies that they had determined in advance on the spiritual track, whereby only a few topics are determined here so that the development can go in many directions.
I Lady Nada Am an Ascended Master and present to you all the pink ribbon of unconditional love to all aspects and frequencies that you have ever had and still have in your morphogenetic energy field. We angels - I am Mother Mary and Queen of Angels - have a different perspective and would like to convey to you that you first want to take good care of yourself on a daily basis and then of others. You should avoid any excessive demands with a good feeling and so speak out more about how it feels. The meagre words such as 'I can manage' or 'I can cope' show ME that help is needed. You women in particular can and must actively stand up for your well-being. Only clear and unambiguous words without justification will help: consider yourself valuable and on an equal footing with every other person.

I Am the Divine Mother and I want to strengthen you on all levels and in every issue, in every pain, in every question, in every joy to learn to listen to your inner truth. It is important to honour your own being with loving care for yourself. As you do this more and more, so do many others - because everything obeys the laws of resonance.

From the deepest heart of the universe I speak to you and to every woman. I Am Mother Mary, who loves you and wants to guide you into your true being. True being means your existence in authenticity, full of joy and self-understanding in every moment with every person and in every situation. For most women it is still a pipe dream and as far away as the earth seems to be from the stars.

Wishful thinking and no idea how this could be or become reality. But I, Mother Mary, promise you that these days are not as far away as you may all believe. But you may already dare to do some things for yourselves and I hold out my loving hand to you and embrace you with the divine vibration that IS mine - the light of God Almighty or the source of universal being. The name is unimportant, because GOD or the Source of All Being unites all faiths that have ever existed and will ever exist.
I, MOTHER MARY, am reinventing you and you are allowed to realign yourselves in a gradual inner reshaping and turning away from old and well-worn behaviours and you can imagine it like many pairs of old shoes that once loved have lost their shine and performance over time, have got holes, are worn out and the colour has also become unsightly and we'd better not talk about modernity at all.
All of you and here I mean MOTHER MARY all women of all nationalities worldwide in whatever constellations you live and whatever value systems impose their nuances on you in bondage are called upon to go to the centre of your soul and reflect on your life with all its pros and cons.

This does not mean judgement, but loving care and a feeling for yourself. It is not necessary to allow other people to participate in this process and is more of a hindrance in the initial reflections, as many people will try to keep you in the old realms, as they are better able to deal with this themselves than with new things that will cause them insecurity.

Trinity, light and healing happen in clear presence and wisdom on all levels forwards and backwards in space and time. This development is only successful in many lived lives. On earth many of you are old souls and these are now called to focus on their purpose as they wish to focus all inherent wisdom for the benefit of the cosmos, all souls, animals and plants, medicine and the embodiment of all divine elements in science.

Don't get me wrong, everything is divine and ensouled, but very complex and so soul priests and light bearers unite from different soul families, who have been widely and comprehensively trained by us from the spiritual light level of all star peoples, angels, Ascended Masters, God and the Source of All Being, power animals and dragons or unicorns etc. Countless unknown ones exist in addition.
This training is almost complete and now requires a clear focus on where you want to serve and how, and so ask yourselves for similar goals without fixed structures as in the world of work on earth.
The light of the old souls is a holy light and requires a lot of silence and seclusion for contemplation. You have become free from collective fields of all kinds, which makes the dark power side uncomfortable and it seeks remedies to disturb you.

So do not allow and do not let up in wanting to make the truth about God visible. Love IS and everything should be clear and set free.
But freedom of spirit is also the greatest threat to all those who want to keep you in the old matrix.

I, Mother Mary, will help you all to fulfil your wishes in all matters and situations. Certainly some steps are necessary, but WE do them together. Choose yourself as I, Mother Mary, have chosen you even before you were born and were to live on earth as a human being.
Choose yourself in the goodness and beauty that you are in everything you do, believe, live, feel and speak. There is always beauty in your words, in your charisma and in your active being. You humans do not believe this about yourselves because you have been taught otherwise by your environment.
So return to your heart truth of love within you and for you. This is becoming more and more important in the present time and in the years to come, because you have all chosen to help Mother Earth heal in these times. In theory it sounded exciting and easy and if you are able to remain in God and his love and above all in your deep belief in infinity, many things will be easier for you as brothers and sisters of light than for those people who still believe they are in separation of every kind from themselves and everything else in their high vibrating being.

I Am Mother Mary and I lift you up into your true authentic form of life if you are willing to engage with me. The light of the angels has long since reached you and enlightened you to recognise and develop your own wisdom and to encourage other people to rediscover their wisdom. We therefore encourage you to intensify this with our archangelic power and might. New times are coming into all your lives quickly and at first seemingly difficult.
Many people are triggered by issues that they have unconsciously created themselves over decades. Unfortunately, many people still believe that they are pursued by bad luck, fate or dubious circumstances.

It is very important for each and every one of you to recognise what part you have and have had in this. So all of you engage in energy work and learn what strengthens or weakens you and develop more tolerance and understanding for those of different faiths. The world and its inhabitants mean abundance in every direction and everyone can learn, experience and receive something from the other person.

Openness is the prerequisite for this, so you light workers promote spiritual openness and a reduction in compartmentalised thinking. Deal extensively with unknown topics of all kinds. After that, an assessment can make sense; before that, I only perceive devaluation from Archangel Uriel!

Devaluation is a very low frequency from the ego consciousness and separates itself completely from the divine unity. So I Archangel Uriel ask you all to take a closer look and to perceive truth as true and pure, which means to lovingly recognise the light on it.

29.5.24 I am the Angel of the Sacred Sound

The sacred tone is the fundamental vibration of your energy field from the beginning of time and puts you in a primal state of lightness, bliss and it feels like floating through space. It is pure joy and happiness and signifies security in every way. Every soul has different nuances that trigger the above description. All sacred sound vibrations are based on healing sounds and you recognise these when you merge with the sound for a few moments, become one and feel this, your sound in your body as resonance.

This sound is part of your sacred geometry and contains tones, frequencies, vibrations and rhythms that unite different vibrations into a carpet of sound that the human being perceives as pleasant and harmonious. Dissonances are not part of this and create a field of tension in the body. This also includes many styles of modern and light music.
Therefore, it is important for your systems to move and recharge from the noise of sounds into a world of harmonious sounds. All sacred sounds serve to strengthen your unique soul vibration and to heal and complete you in your mini matrix. Depending on emotional and physical issues, other sound patterns based on the primal frequency may also be created and needed. These sound patterns address your cells, organs, muscles and chore all the blood, just to name a few examples.

Diseases are dissonances, coming from the Latin for dis= separating, sona= sound from the musical language- and need guidance to get back into order= health in the body. This sound medicine does not produce any side effects except for restless feelings now and then and is well tolerated. Often hidden structures and issues never come to the surface when the sound sequence did people good.

Stress could be counteracted in this way. Sound is also an excellent remedy for high blood pressure. In the aura, the main colours in people can be made visible by means of colour spectra and a computer then calculates the necessary frequency for healing. So all of you take care of a more gentle medicine for your whole system. Tablets, injections, operations and the like have many burdensome side effects and some things are only postponed by them, but not healed.

None of this belongs in your energy field, but everything causes reactions, feelings and thoughts and triggers fears of all kinds and continues to work in you. In these and all moments you are all transforming each other and alone the collective field of humanity.

However, it is important to let me Michael separate you from this over and over again. So ask me to separate you from everything that does not belong to you and thank me.My light saber separates everything immediately, purifies you and protects you sustainably from negative energies of many people who have not yet arrived in unconditional love.

Every month is a new beginning and so pay attention to your gut feeling and live accordingly. The position of the moon in the universe also influences all living beings quite considerably without you knowing exactly how. Mood swings and obscure feelings without any connection or incident are often subject to the moon and its orbits.
So align yourself every morning with faith, trust and the assumption that today will be a good and successful day and connect with your guardian angels and spirit guides. Words spoken out loud, if possible 3 times the same positive sentence such as: "Today is a good and successful day and everything is getting better and better", will in time actually bring about visible changes.

The lunar energy is a light energy for feelings of all kinds and it is always about being emotionally in the clear and feeling well, joyful and happy. A floating feeling of lightness! To think or talk that I am actually happy in my life and then to feel many doubts is not the royal road, but self-deception and self-betrayal. You may and should always put your truthfulness first and do everything to experience a joyful life.

I AM (through the Higher Self) always united with the Light of God. This light is within you as energy.  Anyone can amplify this light with the I AM by saying the affirmation out loud and repeating it 3 times to manifest. The Light of God is a vibration and an energy from the field of unconditional pure love and reminds the Higher Self and Being of what is really and truly the essence of the soul. So you can internalise these I AM affirmations and you can do this by feeling if a feeling of deep joy arises within you, a feeling of oh how nice, this is good for me - a homey feeling. Even if the mind tries to torpedo this later, it is always important to hold the first feeling high.

In these times it is important to give more space to one's own gut feeling or intuition, to always feel how the situation feels at the moment, am I tired or annoyed and why, or do I manage to pull myself out of issues quickly. This is the learning process of every person and important to keep oneself in one's own power.
So let us begin to create affirmations.

All the headwind that you encounter shows you how others think, feel and are on the way - but this is only information and you have the right and the duty to keep yourself in your observing centre. The less you vehemently confront this, the healthier and more powerful you will be able to remain throughout your life.
If this is not yet successful, it may be that you are still carrying unresolved, unprocessed or unconscious issues from childhood, from other incarnations, from the family system, and you may seek adequate help there. There is a time on earth that always accompanies you and is rarely perceived as joyful. I Archangel Azrael speak of the change of people into the other world, the beyond. In other words, I mean the death of known and beloved people or the death of many other people with whom you never came into contact and only experienced that their life on earth has ended. The knowledge of the why is of no use.
All people who have gone home have one thing in common, that the soul has had all the experiences it wanted to have. Some things may not have gone so well, but for the soul every experience is valuable and all souls live on as spiritual beings and thus only the body is left behind on earth like a worn-out coat.

This is only in passing and for a better understanding that all human beings live on as spirit beings invisibly and unfortunately little perceptibly for you. So it is very important for you, who continue to live on earth without some loved ones, to gratefully remember the love and the togetherness with the deceased. Love is the bridge to the beyond and this is how you remain connected. The soul field is a collective field and all souls through space and time are anchored here. No light print even gets lost.
I Am Archangel Azrael and I wish to give you the comfort that grief is and always will be an important stage in life. But it is possible through awareness of who you all are in truth to realise that the loved one who is now missing is still by my side and continues to live - just differently. So we urge you to do more for your physical health all year round. Your bodies tire more quickly in the heat, under all kinds of stress, with too much information and seemingly indiscriminate information of all kinds, and especially with insufficient food, which does not deserve the name.
It is important for all of you, whether consciously or unconsciously, to recognise your own needs and to stand steadfastly by them, regardless of whether others like it or not. You have all incarnated on earth for yourselves and are therefore the most important person in your own lives. If everyone had recognised this and taken it into consideration, we would have come much closer to inner peace and radiant health.

Peace on all levels, abundance and bliss would be the result and without efforts or plagues without success. The spiritual state of consciousness is the deciding factor and so it is up to each and every one of you to decide for a mindful, attentive and loving being in the divine field of all-love or to continue as before in the field of old habits and in the thinking of lack.

Thus many children are now on the same path to themselves, for their parents live in a worn-out, older vibration and they do not. Many old constructs, empirical values and learning successes are no longer applicable, as the spiritual and luminous radiance and wisdom of these children can no longer be reached with them.

Thus many guardians are at a loss how to educate their offspring and bring them onto the plan. Most parents are as unconscious as your parents Ruth Arnhild Selina were and they simply lack light, faith and trust in the greatness of their children's souls without forgetting to protect the childlike aspects.
Protection from all possible dangers in the net I consider Archangel Metatron to be absolutely necessary. For all frequencies and energies massively overload the child's system and the inner, divine hard drive is filled with foreign structures that create a distorted world view without love.

It is therefore almost more difficult and complex than in your time Selina. The higher vibrating children are born now, the more dangerous it becomes to guide these sensitive energy systems, to train them with modern and useful knowledge and to protect them from too much input.
So the diseases of civilisation change as in all times and generations. So I Archangel Metatron also remind you lightworkers of your responsibility to speak and be aware of what other people who have never dealt with energy knowledge are lacking in knowledge and yet what is important to be able to adequately educate and treat their children and grandchildren.

So recognise yourselves as a voice in love you lightworkers on all levels of linear being. Am I in agreement with myself or in dissent because I do not agree with my actions. In retrospect, reflecting on this is a hindrance and frustrating. Everything that happened is over and will never happen again in the same way. It was all one experience among many possibilities and it was all about how it felt and how I reacted to it.
If I reflect on it later and recognise the message, I have learned something important. What I find unfavourable, however, is your constant regurgitation of old stories that happened years ago and that you do not want to let go of mentally, like a painful shrine, or that you cannot forgive because other people were involved. In this way you block your energy field and create dark places in it.

The more you act this way, the weaker your light becomes and these self-sabotage programmes are of no use either retrospectively or in the present.
So I Archangel Michael encourage you all to seek help from me by constantly cleansing your energy field. Ask me to wrap you in my dark blue cloak and hat every day and keep everything from you that does not serve you. The freer you become, the less stressful your days will be and you will remain at peace within, kind and centred.

All humans are consciously and unconsciously in constant energy exchange. Some empower you with powerful, positive energy and other people feel like energy vampires sucking you dry. It is not out of malice - only they have completely forgotten to light up their field through the guardian angels and God.

Purity and joy are facets of the bliss of All Being. This All-Being is God's frequency on earth and everywhere, in the cosmos, in the star kingdom, in the universe and in every light-filled being and aspect. God's frequency permeates everything that exists and that can and will ever exist. Everything is illuminated by this vibration, because otherwise nothing else, and I explicitly mean nothing else, can ever come into existence or even survive, continue to exist.
You can try to imagine this as a guideline or blueprint for the whole of life in all facets and forms and across every form of life. Often it is a great challenge for the human mind and so feel into your spiritual heart-based thinking and let flow what is already flowing undiscovered and often unrecognised all the time. You humans call it atmospheric vibration and this description probably fits it well.

Everything is vibration, everywhere and even in materials that you call inferior and dead. But everything originated from an original material and was further processed and again equipped with information fields and thus everything interacts and evolves and you who deal with it, buy certain parts and keep them in your environment go into resonance with it. There are countless other variations to this, but everything vibrates and interacts and you also resonate for yourselves and with it.
Now this probably sounds difficult for you to understand, but I Archangel Metatron am only illustrating to you the extreme range of life. Life offers what is right, essential, helpful, worth loving and worth living in every moment for all directions and spheres. It depends very much on the degree of consciousness and the possible resonances and precisely the areas that each human being is able to choose according to his or her state of mind.

From my side as an archangel, this is not connected with any kind of evaluation, but only with the hint of complexity and tension in all areas. Everything develops vibrationally in every tiny unit of time and tries itself out and much remains unrecognised by you for all eternity. However, as soon as it is together with a body, the energy level drops significantly and bliss is felt much less often.

It takes training and meditation on the part of the human being to bring about such empowering states. Skilful manifestation of how your day should go rounds off each day.
But here too, permanent angelic contact and certain rituals are absolutely desirable. Also, energy cleansing, different and more light-filled food, more rest and relaxation is your main theme in 2023 and so be sure to move away from your smartphone and instead enjoy more nature, silence and seclusion.

Modern and hectic daily life demands peak performance from your systems and unfortunately encourages difficulties of all kinds. So much entertainment in every moment is just too much! You should also learn to follow your intuition = gut feeling no matter what strange comments follow you.
Live the uniqueness and freedom within you full of joy and self-determination. The earth is a learning planet and so try it out, but with a healthy view of yourselves, your neighbours and the world.

Life review is an important tool for all occasions and offers many possibilities and so broaden your mind, love and look at your surroundings.

If there were many positive things in everyday life, you are already well on your way from an angel’s point of view- I Am Archangel Jeremiel- and this shows something about your accompanying energy field. With the opposite and moderate experiences in everyday life, reflect on yourselves in life- are you the actor and main character or do you play a supporting role in your own life?

Here things should click permanently and sustainably. After recognising this, “let’s got to work.” This is where the popular questions arise: How can this be changed? Why do I let this happen to me? Where are the people who help me and do me good? What does my life, the environment, the family and other people want to convey to me with their behaviour? There are many more possible questions and answers!

Living in this way you can all create wonderful new laws, ideas, ingenious things and beauty of all kinds. These new things, whereby it is not only an aspect of matter, are your personal miracle, your creation, your new draught horse and belong to be patented and are in any case accompanied and supported by us angels with praise.

All growth needs time and trust, a little fertiliser through good loving thoughts and a pinch of blessing from the angelic light that you all carry within you.

From the light realms of the universe I am Selina angel of light and grace incarnated in a human body to carry the blessing of all being and the love of God to all human and earthly being. I have been worthy of this task for eons of time and am allowed to show myself as I am. This was not made easy for me in human form and so much time passed where I strove to be who I never was and never will be.

It is important for every soul to bear this in mind, that one always confesses what one carries within oneself and not what the environment expects of one and which does not correspond to one's own circumstances at all. The human and causal path is not the path of the soul and so the human being loses time and gains experiences that are certainly useful and right and also not wasted. But we from the spiritual realms of light are at your side to encourage you to recognise and live yourselves in fullest beauty and to celebrate yourselves and to be so self-confident that reactions on the outside hardly affect you any more and you only perceive them as possible info "oh you can react like that".

This is what drives us angels and this is what we want to bestow upon as many earth angels or light souls as possible. Therefore, we call upon you Selina and also all of you to show yourselves and let your light radiate into all spheres of earthly and universal being. This is possible simply through your presence and is acted out through your joy, your gratitude, your conscious and thoughtful words and your sensing of what might be of service. These actions of being may be sent by you more and more from the heart of unconditional and all-encompassing and also divine love and clear many fields that in these times hinder developments instead of bringing them forward.

Unconsciousness is a deficiency in itself and can only be redeemed when as many people as possible return to their inherent heart perception, not through the mind, but created from the higher levels. To make things easier for you, we angels ask you to contact us directly and to take on the role of silent observer if you are at a loss. We urge you to pay attention to your every word and even your sometimes amusing sounds, for everything creates something without perhaps being of much use.

So you are the light of the world, just as Jesus and God are the light of the world. You are all the light from the light and so shine and come back into your true greatness and into your uniqueness. Each soul is unique and there are no similar frequencies of any kind and so you are called to live yourselves, to love and to enrich the world with these high quality attributes with love, it is glaringly lacking, with grace, with gratitude and joy. Peace is a big issue and it starts with every single person deep inside. So heal your hearts of collective peculiarities that were supposed to be only learning experiences and unfortunately have developed on a different and wrong way.

As this heart healing progresses step by step, many collective peculiarities will vanish into thin air and disappear completely, never to be able to arise again in their old form. These extremely beneficial activities are the seeds for future generations and we angels bless you as pioneers of the New Being in the light of love and in your perfect presence and in the truthfulness that characterises every soul. And so our call goes out again to every soul with the request to align yourselves to your true and divine being and to come into the balance of the human being with its divinity. It is enormously important and does not actually require any great effort, and even achievement is out of place as a word here.

Only the desire to find yourselves in the unity of ALL THAT IS, to believe in God or a higher power and to live more and more as LOVE, which you are in your essence, are the preconditions that need to be fulfilled. Trust that you all carry this effortlessly within you and only need to activate these frequencies. Your will alone is the salt in the soup!

Be in balance, be in peace, be in gratitude and be in love and be full of kindness and compassion without getting humanly involved in other people's learning issues. You were taught that you had an inner child from childhood and that it did not tolerate many things well and you were allowed to heal it within you so that you adults could become free from structures, beliefs and conditioning of all kinds.
This child is a facet of your whole ancestral field and the other facets or parts are old and often from past lives. Sometimes in the process of maturing, the soul chooses parts of it to perfect itself. Therefore, in the present time with ever increasing vibrations, it is very important to feel oneself and to deduce from the feeling where one stands?

How do I feel in the midst of circumstances, other people, in the family, alone or with friends and actually in all situations?

So how do you feel, you who are reading this? I Am Archangel Gabriel and ask you all, how do you feel?
The answers are as different and unique as you all are. Every answer can be!

But feel within yourself what your inner children need. This is a topic that will accompany you throughout your life, because the more you are in contact with your inner self, the more centred and in your centre you will be and the more conscious decisions you will make that are absolutely right for your life.

Those who do not know themselves inwardly become the plaything of the outside and lose themselves there.

All Sacred Geometry includes Everything in colours, tones, frequencies, vibrations and numbers of every kind and in every language and form of expression possible in the unlimited diversity of the Universe or God's Kingdom. Likewise, I Archangel Metatrion could use other names of deities - but all are only one facet of the vast universe of ALL THAT IS called God.

You are all called to harness your sacred geometry for your whole system as a human being and as a deity. I only refer to body-mind-soul. The soul is always eternal and accompanies everything and already knows everything, knows everything, is everything and nothing. This sounds metaphysical, but it is the truth of divine being. But back to you humans - the energies of the present time are challenging not only because of the external circumstances, but above all for your personal development and awakening into your latent accompanying divine light and into the real truth - the essence of every incarnated soul.

As a pure human being and in the physical form you have largely forgotten this or think it is an unattainable fairy tale - but it is necessary to wake up to your true being. Not all people are able to do this in this incarnation and so solutions come on the scene that can be unpleasant, stressful and disease-promoting under certain circumstances.

But always know one thing, all human beings carry the divine spark within them and some need many incarnations until they can recognise this. If you follow this navigation system, in modern terms, and disregard your intellect and listen more to your gut feeling than to your thoughts or feelings or other spheres that are difficult to classify, and live accordingly, wonderful things can happen and you can live and experience the life of your truthfulness and also increasingly enjoy it.

These preliminary resistances, which many of you still feel in the system and which prevent you from leaving some worn-out paths, may be transformed by you and must also be transformed in consciousness - that is, to centre yourself again and again and to ask yourself, who is this now in me who is saying this and that or who wants to lure me back into old realms and what is my answer to this? This is your learning task, from moment to moment and every day, and this may take many days. But it is worth it and we angels assure you of that. One can claim a lot, but do they actually live it and how well do they form their truth and perception? This is not about evaluation, but most people claim something about themselves of which they are not really powerful, and this must be recognised in love. So really deal extensively with the exploration of your higher self, because this is the guarantor for the access to the energetic levels and these levels are infinite as the universe is infinite. And if you reach the next higher level, there are still an infinite number of directions waiting for those who are interested. But I do not want to discourage you, I only want to train you to go on your way full of joy and curiosity, trust and thirst for knowledge, to absorb these levels, to let them flow into you, to let them work in you and then to enjoy the fruits of this work full of love.

The frequencies that flow to you are exactly those that your systems need in order to feel complete, healthy and whole again. We angels from the spiritual world are always trying to serve you and to give you exactly the experiences that are important for you to grow in your being. For this being is a different being than what you know from home - the spiritual home - that is, God.

Being on earth in connection with matter, the body and the spirit, that is, the mind and much more, because the mind can also swing into much higher levels, provided education and guidance take place and the soul, that is, the spirit being and the blueprint of your systems (here there is no need for intervention, because the soul is always superior and free and only accompanies your whole system). All being is- a state description without time. What do I want to say to Moses now? Both are states of consciousness. Time more in the human context and being in the spiritual, higher light field. Neither requires any action!

The importance of doing and its requirements are man-made and man-thought. Much is not what it seems! Only thinking, talking about it and certain feelings create the playground that later stresses you, constricts you, makes you angry and sad - depending on the situation. So recognise your possibilities, your strength and power and also your freedom in all topics.

You have all been uniquely created by God and everything in your being may be uniquely shaped. You may live healthy and full of joy, fullness and abundance can always be granted to you if you question your thoughts, look at repressed feelings and heal them or let them help you and always know deep within you who you are and always remain in God. Loved, seen and held forever!

So set out into your truth. This is important for yourselves. As each person does this - hopefully soon - peace in the heart, in the emotions and peace in the body can arise. There is much that you can influence and your inner truth is pressing into the light. But there are also many collective issues that you should avoid in love and inner peace, prayerfully and with deep faith in God, and in these cases "silence" is clearly gold and the better way.

So always act as much as possible in contact with your Higher Self and connected with your guardian angels. We angels and beings of light look at everything from a different perspective and already see much light on the horizon. So say yes and please and thank you and connect with us your soul family through space and time.

At night we are often together, because then your lower earth body vibrations remain with the sleeping body and you as spirit beings resemble us again. All that is required is to open yourself to prayer for help and guidance. You can pray to God, to the Source or to Jesus Christ, who is Love itself and never was or will be anything else. You can ask your guardian angels and angels of the most diverse hierarchies, whereby it is not a matter of exaltation, but only of assignment. Always call upon the entities of light and love, for there are also other very powerful beings who belong to darkness and will not serve you. As everywhere, there is light and shadow and this obeys higher concerns.

I Archangel Jeremiel encourage you to have mercy on yourself, on your being on earth and on all the people and issues around you and all the experiences that have made you the person you are now. I AM the joy of all being and as the name already says, I AM an energy that only dances, that is light and loose and that plays like a butterfly or wants to be like a child. I always want to explore new things, very playfully and freely, and I am not interested in grasping everything in depth and thoroughly, but in being allowed to let myself go with my feeling, to enjoy and indulge and to dive into a wonderful world full of inspiration, full of fantasy, full of fun and full of possibilities that you people, who live in duality on earth, have probably completely forgotten.

In the depths of your souls there is a treasure and this treasure needs to be lifted. In this treasure chest there are so many recommendations, memories, experiences, experiences that, if used well, could inspire and guide you in this life and in many lives to come. So me The Joy would like to invite you to get involved in your world full of miracles in pure being. Joy is an energy from the divine light field and this light field vibrates in lightness and pure being. No effort is necessary here, in fact it is rather disturbing - because any effort means effort and organisational talents that are absolutely not needed for joy. Joy is a state of being that is simply always there and is also always available and is in no way linked to any state or can only be possible under certain conditions.

Every being has been endowed with an immense supply of joy from the spiritual world, it is always available and can be called upon at any time through your guardian angels and spirit guides. Use your channel upwards and ask for joy. Joy is always there and always available and we angels are happy to show you your personal path to  ever lasting joy, for it is an attitude of the spirit and it is always there, just as we your guardian angels are always at your side and are happy to support you when we are called. In love we are always at your side like a navigation system. So remember that you came from the spiritual plane and here on earth you want to rediscover yourself as who and what you are.

Joy is an essential guide, support and highlight to get through each day healthy on all levels. Act accordingly and your life will quickly transform into a field of paradisiacal expression. We, your guardian angels, are happy to serve you in this way.

Realise that you are only moments away from joy and that you may, indeed must, call it into your life again and again, for the soul is a joyful being and like an inner child that lives within you. And a child wants one thing above all - to play and be happy.
